Our team will be happy to clarify anything else during the call — the consultation is optional and can be cancelled free of charge at any time.

Do I need an app?

No — a current browser is sufficient, including on a mobile phone or tablet. No download, no registration: one click on your personal link from the confirmation email is all it takes.

Does my camera have to be on?

No. Your camera is optional — you can also join with audio only. On the preparation page, you can test your microphone and camera in advance at your leisure.

How much does the consultation cost?

Nothing. The consultation is free and non-binding — it is an offer, not an obligation.

Is the call recorded?

No, generally not. Nothing remains on the server after the call — it is located in Nuremberg, and no data leaves the EU.

Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?

At any time, free of charge. You will find a cancellation link in your confirmation email — after that, you can simply book again.

What technology do I need?

A current browser and a stable internet connection — nothing more. It works on mobile phone, tablet and laptop.
