Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- Competent and friendly advice for our customers in the Nuremberg showroom
- Answering customer queries and providing advice on the phone
- Support and resolution of customer inquiries via our ticket system
Your profile:
- Experience in customer service, ideally in retail or direct customer contact
- Excellent oral and written German language skills
- Friendly demeanor and service-oriented way of working
- Independence and reliability
- Confident handling of common computer applications and ticket systems

What we are looking for you

Your tasks:
- Responsible for ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, G/L accounts)
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
- Reconciliation and maintenance of accounts and clarification of open items
- Processing of payment transactions and liquidity planning
- Preparation and support for tax audits and tax audits
- Cooperation with tax consultants and auditors
- Optimization and further development of accounting processes
- Advance VAT returns and tax returns
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training with further training as an accountant (IHK) or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in financial accounting, ideally with experience of preparing financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Confident handling of common accounting software (e.g. DATEV, Lexware or comparable)
- Sound knowledge of tax law (UStG, EStG)
- Careful, independent and structured way of working
- Good knowledge of German and English

- Establishing and maintaining long-term cooperation partnerships - no one-shot deals
- Conception and management of campaigns and seedings together with our partners
- Negotiation of cooperation agreements and conditions

- Representation of ANGELCAB at events, trade fairs and community meetings

What we are looking for you
At ANGELCAB, quality and sustainability are our top priorities. We are looking for someone to define and monitor our quality standards and continuously develop them together with our suppliers. You are the interface between production, purchasing and our partners - and make sure that only the best reaches our customers in the end.
Your tasks:
- Establishment and further development of the quality management system
- Close coordination with suppliers to ensure our quality requirements
- Carrying out supplier audits, incoming goods inspections and sampling
- Complaint management and root cause analysis for quality deviations
- Definition and monitoring of test criteria for materials and components
- Support for new product launches from a quality perspective
- Documentation and reporting of relevant quality indicators
- Collaboration with the purchasing, production and product development teams
Your profile:
- Experience in quality management, ideally in the manufacturing industry or in the consumer goods sector
- Knowledge of QM methods and tools (e.g. 8D, FMEA, ISHIKAWA)
- Experience in working with international suppliers
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness - you can demand quality in a friendly and determined manner
- Structured, analytical way of working with an eye for detail
- Business fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel for occasional supplier visits
