Was umfasst die 7-jährige Garantie?

Wir decken alle Material- und Herstellungsfehler eines ANGELCAB Kinderwagens für den Käufer ab. Um sicherzustellen, dass Ihre Garantie gültig ist, muss die Verwendung des Kinderwagens in Übereinstimmung mit unseren Bedienungsanleitungen und Anleitungsvideos erfolgen. Die Garantie bzw. 7-jährige Garantie kann Reparatur-Kits, die der Kunde selbst anwenden kann, sowie Ersatzteile umfassen. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die Produktion eines Modells, einer Farbe, eines Stoffs oder von Zubehör einzustellen und während des Garantiezeitraums dem Kunden ein gleichwertiges Produkt, eine gleichwertige Farbe oder einen gleichwertigen Stoff als Ersatz zu liefern. Ein Gestell kann somit komplett ersetzt werden oder es können wieder aufgearbeitete Teile als Ersatzteile geliefert werden. Eine Ersatzlieferung oder ein Produktersatz verlängert den Garantiezeitraum nicht.

Gilt die 7-jährige Garantie auch für das Zubehör und Teile?

Die Garantie für Zubehör und Ersatzteile beträgt 2 Jahre.

Was umfasst die 10-jährige Garantie auf Wolltextilien?

Die Wollfaser ist mit Lanolin ummantelt und somit auf natürliche Weise imprägniert. Textilien aus Schafschurwolle, die für Außentextilien wie Verdecke, Wannen oder Sitze verwendet werden, sind daher äußerst robust und verfügen über Reibfestigkeitswerte von bis zu 100.000 Martindale. Auch die Lichtechtheitswerte sind mit 6 bis 7 sehr gut. Die Garantie umfasst sämtliche Material- und Herstellungsfehler, jedoch keine Gebrauchsspuren oder Beschädigungen, die durch maschinelle oder falsche Reinigung entstanden sind.

Was ist nicht von der Garantie abgedeckt?

Folgende Dinge fallen nicht unter unsere Garantie: Diebstahl; Schäden, die während des Transports oder einer Flugreise entstanden sind; Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung der Anweisungen im Handbuch des Produkts verursacht wurden, einschließlich Wartungsanweisungen; Schäden, die durch Reparaturen oder Service durch nicht autorisierte Parteien verursacht wurden; Schäden an den Lufträdern wie Löcher oder Risse, sofern Luft- statt unplattbare Hohlkammerräder gewählt wurden; Schäden, die durch die missbräuchliche Verwendung von Zubehör oder anderen Produkten verursacht wurden, die an einem ANGELCAB Kinderwagen angebracht sind; Schäden durch täglichen Verschleiß, Risse an Stoffen einschließlich Verfärbungen sowie Kratzer am Rahmen; Schäden durch Unfälle, Fahrlässigkeit, Kontakt mit Flüssigkeiten, unsachgemäße Verwendung oder andere äußere Faktoren.

When you buy an ANGELCAB stroller, you automatically benefit from our 7-year warranty, which has been valid since 01.01.2023. This free warranty offer guarantees that your product is free from material and manufacturing defects. In addition, we assure you that your ANGELCAB baby carriage will remain fully functional even after the two-year warranty has expired, provided it is used properly in accordance with the operating instructions.

What does the 7-year warranty cover?

We cover all material and manufacturing defects of an ANGELCAB stroller for the buyer. To ensure that your warranty is valid, the stroller must be used in accordance with our instruction manuals and instruction videos.

The warranty / 7-year warranty may include the following:

Repair kits that the customer can use themselves
Spare parts

We reserve the right to discontinue production of a model, color, fabric or accessory and to supply the customer with an equivalent product, color or fabric as a replacement during the warranty period. A frame can therefore be completely replaced or refurbished parts can be supplied as spare parts.

A replacement delivery does not extend the warranty period. The same applies if the product is replaced.

Does the 7-year warranty also apply to accessories & parts?

The warranty for accessories and spare parts is 2 years.

What does the 10-year guarantee on wool textiles cover?

The wool fiber is coated with lanolin and thus impregnated in a natural way. Textiles made of virgin sheep’s wool, which are used for outdoor textiles such as. They are therefore extremely robust and have abrasion resistance values of up to 100,000 Martindale. The light fastness values of 6-7 are also very good. The guarantee covers all material and manufacturing defects, but not signs of use or damage caused by mechanical or incorrect cleaning.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The following items are not covered by our warranty:

Theft;
Damage incurred during transportation or air travel;
Damage caused by failure to follow the instructions in the product manual, including maintenance instructions;
Damage caused by repairs or service by unauthorized parties;
Damage to the pneumatic wheels (holes, cracks), pneumatic wheels should have been selected instead of non-flat hollow chamber wheels;
Damage caused by the (mis)use of accessories or other products attached to an ANGELCAB baby carriage;
Damage due to daily wear and tear, tears in fabrics including discoloration, scratches on the frame;
Damage caused by accidents, negligence, contact with liquids, improper use or other external factors.
