Repair functional connection

This service includes the repair or replacement of damaged rotary or plug-in elements. These include footrest adjustment, canopy lock, tub and seat locks, and handle and backrest adjustment. If you are unsure which component is damaged, please contact us.

IMPORTANT: To enable us to assign your repair, please enclose the order confirmation with your package. Please send the parcel to the address stated on the order confirmation. This is the only way to ensure smooth processing. Upon receipt of the parcel, we will carry out an initial inspection to assess the condition of the item and determine the need for repair.
