Service textiles

This service includes the repair of textiles. This includes seams, edging tapes, belts and Velcro fasteners. Damaged woven fabrics can be darned or repaired with patches. Please allow approximately 10 working days for the entire process, including return shipping. The costs for return shipping within Germany are already included in the price.

IMPORTANT: To enable us to assign your repair, please enclose the order confirmation with your package. Please send the parcel to the address stated on the order confirmation. This is the only way to ensure smooth processing. Upon receipt of the parcel, we will carry out an initial inspection to assess the condition of the item and determine the need for repair.
