The BeSafe Beyond Base is the foundation for safe travel from birth through preschool age. Once installed in the vehicle using ISOFIX, it accommodates both the Go Beyond infant car seat and the Beyond toddler car seat—so you only need to purchase the base once for the entire period your child uses a car seat (40–125 cm, up to 22 kg).
The swivel feature makes everyday life noticeably easier: The seat can be swiveled toward the car door, so you can comfortably place your child in the seat and buckle them in—without having to contort yourself, even in tight parking spaces. Universal Level Technology™, which works on the principle of a spirit level, ensures that the base is positioned at the correct angle in any vehicle, and visual indicators confirm proper installation at a glance.
A particularly well-thought-out feature: A smart locking mechanism prevents the seat from being rotated forward too early—since rear-facing is the safest position until around age six. The reclining leg rest provides extra legroom for taller children, the support leg can be quickly adjusted for length, and weighing just 5 kg, the base can be easily moved between multiple vehicles. Approved in accordance with the current UN R129 safety standard.
